The Wings of Talleyrand was a Britannian terrorist organization, formed in opposition to the imperial law. Their leader was a man named Wilbur Milville, the former Head of Weapons Development at the conglomerate Steiner Konzern. No other members are known at this point.
The Wings of Talleyrand assaulted the imperial capital, Pendragon, with the Sutherland Ikaros and several Somersets, both of which were designed by Milville. The Glinda Knights destroyed the Ikaros, killing Milville as a result. The status of the Wings of Talleyrand is unknown following the death of their leader.
It is later revealed that during 2018, remnants are still alive and continue their anti Britannian activities until their complete destruction by the Glinda Knights once again with their new knight Lyre.
