Minato Sakai (坂井ミナト Sakai Minato) is a character appearing in Code Geass: Roze of the Recapture. She is a member of the Black Knights, stationed at the Hachinohe Base, who serves as the escort to Nina Einstein.

Minato is dispatched to Hokkaido to aid the Seven Shining Stars alongside the supplies that the Black Knights had sent to them. She also acts as the escort and bodyguard of Nina Einstein.
After the elimination operation was successfully thwarted and Nina leaving Hokaido, Minato decided to stay as a means of communication between the Black Knights and the Seven Shining Stars.

- Minato's appearance is similar to the one of characters that is from Sunrise Studios, which is Riko Sakurauchi from Love Live! Sunshine!! (Both shared the same burgundy hair color and gold eyes.)
