Marika Soresi (マリーカ ・ソレーシー, Marīka Sorēshī) is the younger sister of Kewell Soresi and also a member of the Valkyrie Squadron.

Character History

First Season

Prior to her joining the Valkyrie Squadron, she also served under Cornelia along with Liliana.

Second Season

In 2018, she became one of the Grausam Valkyrie Squadron pilots under Luciano Bradley's command. She was deployed along with the other members and Bismarck Waldstein to the Tokyo Settlement to prepare for the upcoming battle. The Valkyrie squadron combats the detachment of The Black Knights led by Xingke under Bismarck and Luciano during the Kagoshima Settlement Battle. After being notified that the main force of The Black Knights are in the Tokyo Settlement, Luciano asks Bismarck permission for the Valkyrie Squadron and himself to go there. Zero is engaged in battle with the Mordred who suddenly stopped and Luciano takes advantage by having the Valkyrie Squadron immobolize the Shinkirō. However, Marika and the other Valkyries are killed by Kallen after she escapes her confinement using the Guren S.E.I.T.E.N. Eight Elements. Marika dies saying her brother's name.

In 2017, following the events of the Black Rebellion, Marika returned to the Britannian Homeland from Area 11 after leaving her position in Viceroy Cornelia li Britannia's forces. She came to serve as a test pilot for Steiner Konzern. She test-piloted the experimental transformable Knightmare Frame, Bradford, and later asked Princess Marrybell mel Britannia to allow her to join the Glinda Knights and be the Bradford's official pilot instead of her fiancée, Leonhardt Steiner. However, during the terrorist attack on the capital Pendragon by the Britannian anti-imperialist group Wings of Talleyrand, she met directly with Leonhardt and after talking with him, consented to allow him to pilot the Bradford, despite his severe injuries at the time.

Trivia

• In the novels, she is stated to be attending a military academy in Area 11 during 2017.
