The Kyoto House is a Producer of [[Knightmare Frame]]s based in Kyoto. This group seceretly Supports many pocketed rebel groups through out Japan/ Area 11. They have supported the [[Black Knights]] by providing them with the [[Guren]] along with providing both the Japanese Liberation Front with the Type-3F [[Gekka]] and Type-10R [[Burai]] Plus the Type-1R [[Knightmare Frame# Burai Kai]] used by the [[Four Holy Swords]]. It is unknown if Britannia is aware of them fueling the rebellions

Taizō Kirihara (桐原 泰三, Kirihara Taizō}) is the founder of Kirihara Industries, (桐原産業, Kirihara Sangyō) and leader of the Kyōto House. He is an elderly industrialist who built his wealth upon the mining of [[sakuradite]]. During the Kururugi Administration, he used his considerable influence to support the government as a behind-the-scenes administrator. He was regarded as a traitor to the Japanese people following the [[Invasion of Japan|Britannian invasion]] for his public role as an accomplice to imperial colonization. Secretly, however, he manages resistance movements against the colonial government. He came to know both [[Lelouch]] and [[Nunnally]] while they were living at the Kururugi Shrine, and, in knowledge of the circumstances leading to Lelouch's assumption of the identity of Zero, he grants the Black Knights vital funding and weapons. After the [[Black Rebellion]], he is executed for supporting the Black Knights.

Kaguya Sumeragi (皇 神楽耶, Sumeragi Kaguya) is the young head mistress of the Kyōto House, and a supporter of the Black Knights. Despite her age and physique, she possesses a strong will and is highly influential amongst the Houses. Kaguya has admired Zero since his debut, and wishes to have his hand in marriage. Nothing anyone says contrary to this desire seems to faze her, including the suggestion that Zero might be sleeping with other women, to which she responds "A true hero enjoys physical pleasures," and proceeds to suggest that she, [[Kallen]], and [[C.C.]] are [[Zero]]'s harem. Kaguya met Lelouch and Nunnally during their childhood at the Kururugi Shrine, and is [[Suzaku]]'s cousin. She is the only living member of the Kyōto House following the Black Rebellion, having managed to escape to the [[Chinese Federation]] until Zero's return one year later. She is named after Kaguya.

The Kyoto House, officially the "Six Houses of Koyoto" (キョウト六家, Kyōto Rokka) is a secret orgination of Japanese elite who fund anti-Britannian groups throughout Area 11, based in Kyoto.. There are most noted as a producer of Knightmare Frames. They have funded and armed the Black Knights by providing them with the Guren along with providing both the Japanese Liberation Front with the Type-3F Gekka and Type-10R Burai Plus the Type-1R Burai Kai used by the Four Holy Swords.

The Sumeragi House leads the organization. As per the organization's official title, six families hold seats in the administrative council. Following the fall of the Black Rebellion, all but Kaguya are arrested and executed.
