Joe Wise (ジョウ・ワイズ, Jō Waizu) is an assistant researcher of Sophie Randall who loves sweets and is almost never seen without a lollipop in his mouth. He joined the "W-0" along with Sophie due to being a long time friend of both her and Sophie’s husband Takeru.
