The Hokkaido Command Vehicle is an unnamed command and communications ground vehicle used by the Seven Shining Stars. It was used primarily to coordinate the SSS forces during the Battle of Sapporo on a tactical to operational level.
Background[]
The vehicle seems to be a red retrofitted light civilian truck that has been converted into a covert C2 vehicle. Externally, it looks like any ordinary civilian ute truck, with the only glaring difference being the two large communications antenna on the sides of the truck.
Inside, however, was anything but civilian. The rear of the ute has been changed into a specialized communications hub. It is able to seat four high-ranking personnel, with each seat being given its own personal foldable communications computer and equipment. Kensei Kuroto gave out orders within the vehicle to ensure that the SSS forces won't be overwhelmed by the Einberg.
