Oscar Hammel (オスカー・ハメル, Osukā Hameru) is the major captain of the Guard Troops in Castle Weisswolf, which is in the "W-0" base. He is responsible for dealing with problems within the castle.
During the climactic battle of Castle Weisewolf with the Knights of St. Michael, he pilots Leila's Alexander into battle.
