Belq Batoum Bitool (ベルク バトム ビトゥール Beruku Batomu Bituuru) is the warden of a large prison located in the Kingdom of Zilkhstan. He used to be a bandit.
Appearance[]
Bitool is an incredibly tall man with a hunch. He has magenta hair, black eyes, and a series of red designs on both of his cheeks. This appearance is supposed to invoke that of a cat.
Personality[]
Bitool is a ruthless and sadistic man who enjoys regularly torturing his prisoners, he constantly speaks about what he is "going to do" to Kallen and the acts he has committed on women he has captured previously. He is also incredibly corrupt and greedy and seems to only focus on getting as much money as possible. Despite this, Bitool is shown to be loyal and obedient to his masters, namely Princess Shamna. Bitool also showed a moment of grief during the final battle when Kallen killed all of his subordinates though he quickly brushed off the loss of his comrades knowing it meant a larger payoff for himself

Bitool is very agile and is capable of jumping very high. He is strong enough to overpower Kallen, who is a skilled fighter in her own right. Bitool is also a capable Knightmare pilot.
