The Blood of the Samurai was one of many resistance group scattered across Japan. Classified as a terrorist organization by the Britannia, the group was destroyed by Cornelia and was the first major victory by the Britannian against the Japanese Resistance.
History[]
The organization is depicted only briefly in the first season, Its demise at the hands of the Britannian military even more so. The Britannian forces surround their base of operations for the Blood of the Samurai, built within a hollowed out mountain. The terrorists attempt to fire down upon the Britannians with their AA guns, to no avail. In response, the Britannians use their tanks to provide suppressing fire as Princess Cornelia uses her Knightmare to assault the cannons from the summit of the mountain. She destroys several cannons with relative ease and makes her way inside the base alone, having refused assistance from Guilford. Inside, she finds over a dozen terrorists armed with machine guns. They begin to fire upon her Knightmare, but the light weaponry causes negliable damage to the Frame. After concluding that Zero is not with the Blood of the Samurai, she guns down all the terrorists.
Remnants of the group joined the Black Knights army prior to the First Assault on Tokyo Settlement.

Blood of the Samurai inner base
Before its demise by the Britannian military, the Blood of the Samurai was the largest in central Japan and boasted impressive firepower. The organization's base of operations was within a mountain, giving them a great deal protection. Their main line of defense was multiple AA guns, which seem to be obselete models, given Cornelia referring to them as "ancient junk." They mobilized their guns by moving them along the rail line. Inside the base is a central rail line where the guns can be deployed quickly in the case of an enemy attack.
