Fayer is a Lieutenant Colonel of the Britannian Army. He was in charge of Shikine Island.
Character History
First Season
Fayer is the Lieutenant Colonel of Shikine Island, during the incident between the Black Knights and the Lancelot, he instructs Suzaku to restrain Zero and sacrifice his life as the area is bombarded. After Suzaku and Euphemia was found, Fayer gives the order to arrest Suzaku and questions him into why he did, saying he basically gave up a golden opportunity to capture Zero.
Second Season
Fayer makes his return during the episode Emperor Dismissed, as part of the reinforcements from Shikine Island. However, Lelouch has some other soldiers that he has already Geassed to restrain him, and gives him the command, "From this moment foward, you shall obey my orders." Later, he is seen aboard a Logres-class battleship named "The Great Britannia" commanded by Monica Krushevsky the knight of twelve, in the gun turret room three next to a dead soldier. He attacks and kills some of the Emperor's Royal Guards before he is threatened to be removed by force.
