Bolvona Forgnar (ボルボナ・フォーグナー, Borubona Fōgunā) is a character that appears in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection. The commander-in-chief of Zilkhstan, he was nicknamed The Brown Bulwak for his defense of an impregnable fortress. He is also Shesthaal's father. And during the ending he is seen negotiating a surrender with representatives from the UFN.
Appearance[]
Bolvona's appearance is that of a middle aged man with a graying hair. He is also wearing what seems to be a grey traditional Zilkhstani dress uniform and a golden headband.
Personality[]
Belonging to one of the Zilkhstani noble houses. Bolvona is tasked with the defense of the capital and hunting down Lelouch after the murder of his son. Unlike his son, Bolvona does not let being born as a noble hamper his judgement. Even after the death of his son Shesthaal, he is shown to act calmly and rationally and not let his emotions take over his thoughts. Instead focusing on bringing justice to his son's killer. During his fight with Cornelia, he is shown to be willing to sacrifice himself to take down the enemy commander without hesitation in order to display his determination. But when he gave the order to fire at him and Cornelia his own soldiers refused the order and Cornelia noted the reason why is that if the "Brown Bulkwark" dies the Kingdom of Zilkhstani will cease to exist. This shows the level of respect that the soldiers and his enemies have for Bolvona.
